Lyndsay and Leslie are twin sisters, that started Lamb & Co. a Real Estate and Home Improvement company located in Snohomish, Washington, a quant town in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. If you get the chance to visit Snohomish you are transported to a hallmark like town with a hipster twist. Lamb & Co. has become a staple of the Snohomish community, with a flagship home goods store and real estate firm right in the heart of town. Lyndsay and Leslies family oriented focus and core values of, generosity, loyalty, empathy, faith, & authenticity shine through in everything they do.
These values, hard work, and their infectious personalities awarded them the opportunity to be hosts of an HGTV series, this show highlights their work as Real Estate Agents in the Pacific North West. The Show, Unsellable Houses is a glimpse into life in their twin world and the Snohomish community that surrounds them. They work with local contractors and lifestyle stores to create every HGTV design you see.
Unsellable Houses features the remodeling and real estate world Lyndsay and Leslie have created. Their concept is one of a kind. The twins search for properties that have been on the market too long, have potential but they just aren't selling. Lyndsay and Leslie after finding these homes, visit with the homeowners to discuss why they feel their property hasn't sold.
After touring the house with the homeowner and showing them prospective comps in the area, the twins make a generous offer to the homeowners to front the total cost for the renovations they think are necessary to sell the house at top dollar. Not only that but Lyndsay and Leslie, source, design and oversea the entire renovation process, then stage the house once construction is completed.
Lyndsay and Leslie then list the house for a higher dollar number than it was on the market for previously. After they sell the house, the twins get their renovation budget back and split the profit with the homeowner on whatever additional was made on top of the homeowners original list price. An amazing concept filled with generosity and compassion. The twins are also a real pleasure to watch. They highlight the entire design and renovation process, behind the scene moments with the twins and their family, and amazing design tips!
Unsellable Houses premiered Season 3, Episode 1 on April 12th, 2022. This 13 part series will air on HGTV Tuesdays at 9 PM or can be streamed on DiscoveryPlus.
